You've got no idea how juvenile and simple your thread is, and that's the really pathetic aspect of it.....and I, along with a ton of Tide fans, think that Georgia is 1 of the best 4....so what?

My only issue is being ranked 5. It makes no sense. It should have been number 4 and in (which I don’t think was appropriate given the two losses) or number 6. Either winning your conference and having one loss is the criteria as described by the chairman or it’s not.

You're probably right. They obviously weren't at all impressed (and shouldn't have been) with tOSU and the Northwestern game...Hell, the Michigan game was the only excellent game they had.

The CFP was exposed. It’s a system built on a lie. Bama and Clemson are the only two teams that could hang with UGA. Expand the playoffs or go back to the 2-team BCS.

Georgia is not clearly better than any of those teams in final four

Do you even follow football? You should actually pay attention before you show us all how ignorant you are to easy information, listen to what Nick Saban said, hell listen to what Bama players said.

A lot of us do think UGA should be in.

Do you expect us to go all coonass and put up a bunch of billboards and call on our politicians to get involved or dox the members of the CFP committee or something?

We expressed our opinion. The committee disagreed. Life goes on.

Sorry we don’t shite our pants and smear our feces everywhere when something goes against us.

We don’t wear P&G.

Care to explain? Vegas says otherwise. If you think ND and OU could hang with Bama, them by all means, stick to your guns

Yeah that certainly makes sense but their logic was applied inconsitenctly.

From what I heard them say, OU won the conference with one loss and deserves it more than OSU and UGA. Sure, not going to argue about that. But UGA over OSU is the reverse of that argument. Therefore it should have been OSU at 5.

I just would have been more comfortable with 6.

UGA bad loss to LSU is what is hurting them. If they didn't lose that game they would of been 3 imo and Notre Dame 4th. They are being hurt more by the LSU game than being helped by the close Bama game.

Bingo. I really think UGA has equaled Bama in terms of talent, and played like the better team through most of the game yesterday, as well as the NC last year. We just haven't quite gotten there in terms of coaching. I think Kirby and the UGA boosters are determined to make that happen sooner rather than later.

Everyone is putting way too much emphasis on one game. Does anyone think the UGA/LSU game was indicative of the strengths of those 2 teams. Does anyone think that OSU/Purdue was a true reflection of those two teams. If Alabama and UGA played again the outcome would likely be different, probably very different. Bama played like a dog. Part of that was UGA, who played very well, probably their A game, part of that was that Bama played their C game. Congrats to UGA for playing a very good game but the Citadel was 10-10 at the half and AU was 14-17. Not comparing UGA to the Citadel or AU but each game is different.

Bama was very young this year. Most of the key contributors were freshmen and sophs: Tua, Jeudy, Wills, Ruggs, Surtain, D. Smith, Moses, N. Harris, D. Brown, Q. Williams, McKinney, Waddle, Leatherwood.

The thing is, if we don't lose that one, we probably don't become what we did to make you sweat in Atlanta. A lot of growing up happened because of that game and honestly, the two weeks before the next one helped. Heard that from someone who should know.

These were babies this year. They won't be next. Baker is really the only guy that should be any kind of drop off in terms of loss on this team. And it may not be. Stokes and Campbell are freshman and have shown flashes.
