Just syrup (pronounced "serp"). Golden Eagle (pride of Fayette, AL) is the only brand to choose here.

The best bbq is a perfectly smoked piece of lean brisket.

You must not be familiar with inland Florida. Cowboying is a big thing. Go to any rodeo you’ll see people from Florida there. Ever heard of Florida crackers?

Well you sound like Billy Crystal describing a deli out by the Mets stadium.

My hair's turnin' white
My neck's always been red
My collar's still blue
We've always been here
Just tryna sing the truth to you
Yes, you could say
We've always been
Red, white, and blue
Yeah, that's right
My daddy worked hard, and so have I
We paid our taxes and gave our lives
To serve this great country
So what are they complainin' about?
Yeah, we love our families, we love our kids
You know it's love that makes us all so rich
That's where we're at, if they don't like it they can just
Get the hell out, yeah

Gregg and Duane Allman and Dickie Betts were musical geniuses of a level never understood by Skynyrd.
I don't know, man. Not saying you're wrong, but it's debatable.
The Allman Brothers provided the vision and helped pioneer the blues/country rock sound, but Skynyrd became the gold standard and still has all-time great hits. There's no doubt in my mind Ronnie Van Zant was a genius. Maybe more than genius.
Kind of an aside, but knowing he would never live past 30 and late in his life calling himself the Mississippi Kid when he had no relation to the state except that's where he died.. shite gives me the chills
How do you feel about the Marshall Tucker band? Same genre, they make some decent music
