As a law enforcement officer, I'm pro-legalization. But, I'm pretty Libertarian in my political views.
But, can we stop with the whole "he's young, and that's what kids do" bullshite? First off, he's 22. A grown arse man. He's not 14. Amazing how a bunch of 18 and 19 year olds were mature enough to fly bombing missions over Germany and Japan, or land on the beaches at Tarawa. But, today's young men are too immature and bone-headed to make responsible decisions. Quit excusing aberrant behavior.

I don't see an issue with having weed legal, but until Congress and State's pass the law, it is still illegal.
I do take offense to cajunbama about all MSU are dumb, etc. I have met plenty of Bama fans here and I can say a lot about them too, and I live in the Mongtomery area.
But on a serious another note, I do hope the guy gets better.

This. over and over again. It is like people to cover their own actions for when they were around this age by saying "they are young" or "they are just a kid" when in fact when you are this age you still know the wrong and right of things. Many of us didn't use that excuse and didn't do dumbass shite because at 18 you can actully make mature decisions let alone 22.
ETA: Also legalize already dammit. Protect the idiots and "young" people and give us normal people the option if we want it.

22 is still pretty young. He made a bad decision(s) and obviously should have known better given what we know about spice.

They can if the test is looking for them. The chemical compounds change a lot though (to stay ahead of states outlawing them) so the test must be pretty advanced. It's a little known fact that's what Tyrann Mathieu failed for at LSU.
I hope Denzel is going to be ok, but hopefully this will get the word out about this stuff. It's super shady Chinese chemistry and more people need to realize how dangerous it is.
