Michigan State looked good tonight. But it’s so hard to tell how teams match up and certainly hard to see how kids will shoot etc ahead of time.
I hope we go farther but I don’t expect it. And would never bet on it. Just happy to be here! We are in good company with at least 6 other excellent teams.

You guys getting that new arena shows some faith in the bball program. I've been to most SEC arenas, but haven't seen that one yet... I did see the tad pad. I won't lie, it was absolute trash. Glad to see it's retired.

It technically is, but we've done a "throwback" game in there the last two seasons.
The Pavilion is a HUGE upgrade and even though it's not the largest arena, it is a very nice arena.

Ole Miss has a great new arena and more NIL available for basketball than people realize. It's not amazing, but I think they can hold onto to Beard and he can keep building on this success.
If he leaves though, it would be bad for them. This is literally a once in a program history type success.
