The lawsuit costs from one of those tents collapsing on students will be a lot higher than building a proper platform.

Dude, I could give a shite about your teams’ accomplishments of the last decade.
I was just pointing out with this thread that your administration is a fricking joke and it shows in everything they touch.

Pretty much the consensus on this post is that State has left y'all in the dust. Apologize for showing grace...should've known better. Definitely won't happen again. And you idiots wonder why, why, WHY? Seriously, I don't know of a more hated team in the SEC than the baby sharks, black bears, or however you will identify yourselves in the future. Maybe stick with something real...you know, like the little things your shitty team fails to grasp, year after year. It all matters, but again, a concept your program fails to grasp unless you're riding high with hookers.

So if we’re talking football and State’s lack of any conference titles, division titles, and playoff appearances, than yeah I’d say it has to do with “something.”

Something=cheating? Not academically, every student at every school has their share. I'm talking about what y'all are blatantly doing right now, right after a bowl ban...seems like the NCAA would take a closer look at your recent hires and such before your probation ends.

We can only hope...and by hope, I mean point fingers and lay down a trail.

And the almighty Freeze...preaching at Pinelake on Sundays right after rewarding his players with prostitutes on Saturdays....and I am not generalizing that these are your sentiments, but y'all actually want that sleazeball back in Oxford! Just dumb. Nothing more to say.

He is touting State's very brief reign as #1 in the CFP rankings.

Did I even reply to you? I love that the whole accomplishment within the last decade thing was taken personally though lol. I was just using that a basis for comparison to the garbage that is Mississippi State football. Anyways, carry on.

So you promote Bjork and Freeze's impact on Oxford and what the long term implications are? Here's a clip of the Flagship, "classy" Ole Miss, dated October 18, 2018. No one is saying they weren't a good team for a hot second. But the aftermath and the toll it took on one of the "prettiest" college towns...

Is this really all that bad? It just looks like tents providing shade. It's a little weird, but it isn't a total shite-show.
Building platforms suitable for a few hundred people inside a stadium isn't something that was going to be completed in a few weeks. It's shitty planning, and they promised far more than they could provide.
The end result isn't all that big of a deal.

Every time I read something linked from redcup, I think "oh this would have been a really funny, edgy sports blog for 2007".

I've often wondered that if you're doing something barely construed as racist and still being nailed to the wall for it, you may as well continue doing it or doing it on another level. I think that's always a good way to respond to PC pressure.

Oh my god are we resorting to high school debate tactics? Just stop dude. My point was simple but it seems too hard for your to comprehend. Let me break it down like this...
State hasn’t effectively done shite in the Saban era. They had that one year where they were undefeated and got as high as #3? But then they shite the bed and many of the teams they beat early on didn’t finish out great, taking away from that 8-0 record or whatever it was. Ole Miss, unlike State, has actually beaten the conference’s best team in the last decade. Not once, but twice!
Mullen didn’t accomplish anything noteworthy at State. Lots of hype. No division titles. No playoff appearances. Mediocre bowls. No Bama wins. But the way your fans talk make it sound like you’ve accomplished way more than OM football. Usually I treat it like a mosquito or something that keeps pestering, you just kind or get on with your day. But in this case I thought I’d call bullshite where I saw it. Again, answer the question directly. What did Dan Mullen accomplish at state?
Do you realize how utterly stupid you sound typing this when accounting for what Ole Miss has done over the same timeframe? You're saying "we beat Saban and you didn't HAHAHAHA," while your university is a laughingstock.
And there's more to life than football. Ole Miss has a ton of institutional problems as well. Enrollment is plummeting. Your chancellor search is an embarrassment. Your athletic department is lead by a bunch of incompetents. And your alumni base can't even get on the same page about TRADISHUNS.
You and your university deserve each other.
