Don't know why I was thinking he wasn't drafted. Cooper was very good. I was wrong.

LT's suspension was a blessing in disguise for him. He got the spotlight big time and probably pushed him into the draft.

The task of replacing Tunsil becomes even more daunting when you compare last year's offense with and without him—a comparison made convenient by his seven-game NCAA suspension. Against Power 5 opponents (and Memphis) without Tunsil, the Rebs averaged 2.7 yards per carry, allowed three sacks per game and went 2-2. Against Power 5 foes following Tunsil’s return in Week 8, Ole Miss averaged 5.3 yards per carry, surrendered 0.8 sacks per game and went 4-1 down the stretch of the regular season (and were a fourth-and-25 away from 5-0).
You are missing 2 very important notes:
1) After Memphis Freeze turned over most the play calling to Dan Werner
2) When that happened Werner started using Judd & Jordan along with running Chad Kelly at times.
IMO that made more of a difference than Tunsil returning.

....with five turnovers / 4 of which were inside bamas 30 yard line + a horseshoe pulled out of your arse play where the ab threw the ball up like he had choked on it. Game was still in doubt late. But hey, whatever makes you feel good Rebs. ' Noles going in dry.......

We took the ball at will, we scored at will, we ran on you in the redzone, we completely shut your offense down in the first half and the only reason it was close is that we spent two quarters running clock and playing prevent. The only luck in the game was Akabamas luck that Hugh decided to run the clock out rather than run it up.

Goodness, you better change tampons. You seem to be bleeding all over the place. While you are at it, stock up for the rest of September, I have a feeling you will need a good many more in about 3 weeks, cu nt

Ole Miss was up by 20 going into 4th and BD Stadium was emptying before the nation's eyes. Nobody lucks their way into 40+ in Tuscaloosa. In 2015, 10 percent of Ole Miss' defensive plays resulted in a sack or turnover or tackle for loss. Of course you're going to claim we lucked into forcing turnovers. 1 or 2 turnovers is luck. 5 turnovers means that your team is getting its arse handed to them. Allowing 40+ points means you have more issues than just bad luck.

I'm sorry, is the above statistic wrong?
I haven't seen anything to the contrary yet from the blackbears.

This is a dumb thread. We find out in 5 days.

It is correct for STARTs....you obviously did not read the thread where we talked about Freeze STARTing the senior guards when they played less than 1/2 the snaps.
Also would make a suggestion that you tend to your own Oline before casting stones because lawd knows it needs some tending"Lil'Bro"

You realize the OM defense gave up almost 40 points that game right? I'm sure there was a spin reason why they did though.

Uh...why is ESPN trying to move the spread?

I didn't read that as just for the bowl game.
Sorry you are triggered by my asking for clarification.
Ps. Trivia question, which team was the first to be ranked #1 in the college football playoff -- "lil bro".
You guys are so salty, you must have an NCAA cloud over your head or something!
