Well in that example they are leaving anyways

The post in the OP is not implying that. It’s saying ole miss is the one pushing them to leave now, as opposed to in a few weeks.

Wouldn’t it be a novel thought if a school actually enforced the terms of the contract it has with its coach? In the real business world, outside of coaching at least, this is commonly done.

This kind of delusion is what killed our program when our coach died. Handed it to a nobody who literally told the whole staff to F off just because he wanted to do it his way. Heck we even had some good players still with caveman coaching but poor coaching is poor coaching.

If you think you will be great just because WAOM you are beyond delusional. Players didn’t go to OM because it’s OM. You might still have the piggy bank but if you don’t have the coaches then it won’t matter. Your next best coach could be one of those guys you are telling to F off right now.

I think at some point, common sense must be used to filter out all these "sources"

Yes people may be upset, but grown adults with this much on the line dont do stupid stuff like this. There is no world where men who made it to positions important enough to make these kinds of decisions would do this. Matt Hayes sounds like just another shite thrower trying to get easy clicks and engagement

Your program is dying because you won't organize an effective NIL.

Your current coach just fussed about it.

Focus on your on house. Hoping Ole Miss will suck isn't going to fix your issues.

We have been supportive. Leave us out of this until it's OK to start hating each other again. Dang!

Frezus didn’t use a burner phone

They tried to sue the NCAA for investigating them

People in power do stupid things all the time. See Bobby P. For this

Don’t underestimate the power of blind pride especially from people from Ole Miss.

Youre absolutely right...but those were one man making a dumb decision(s). I seriously doubt one man has the authority to tell the coaching staff to leave. It would have to be several powerful people in agreement and fully aware they are under the public eye.

LOL I’m actually not hoping you will suck. I’m just pointing out if you think in today’s market you can recruit because “WAOM” that’s beyond stupid. LSU has a way bigger brand and Kiffin knows this. Hell anyone being honest with themselves know this. Y’all have done well with NIL and a lot of that has been due to Kiffin. If you don’t recognize that and focus on getting staff in place to recruit the right people then you are in for a wake up call.

Also, we are working on fixing our issues. Lebby isn’t perfect but he showed he can win in his system and will be more successful with more depth. Losing 3 games by one play after last season showed that. Congrats on the season but don’t burn the house down to fix the hole in the wall.

Walker Jones runs our NIL and he isn't going anywhere.
