Edit to add: the NCAA hasn't replied anything new since it last asked OM for more info like a month ago. Ole Miss recently filed a response to that - and Mars now has as well. It's nothing new.

Probably not a good decision to take NCAA to court over one player. That tends to piss them off and they might start looking for stuff on you.
