From what I understand, Pruitt and Morris would take the job if offered. However, why would Ole Miss offer as long as the team continued to develop? Why start over with new coaches and a new system when there are some pretty good players returning? Ole Miss has the chance to be very competitive next year and the current staff is made up of very good recruiters. With the sanctions being pretty much our self-imposed with an additional bowl ban, Ole Miss is not in that bad of shape. It would be counterproductive to change personnel.

More like Ole Miss is too embarrassed to contact any serious candidate - which is why Luke is not longer interim. You think OM is not the biggest laughing stock in collegiate sports right now.
