I've always believed that a kid should go through at least two years of college before being drafted. Thats like my brother for instance. He is constantly in talks with the Colorado Rockies since he is a Senior. Not a top draft of any sorts but I tell him.....go to college first.

Good game Rebs.
Can't wait for the postseason to get underway.

Katz looks like a thug POS talking smack. Ump bailed him out and he'd be the first whining like a little biatch had any of those been called strikes.
Did you even watch the top of the 8th? Ole miss got a leadoff walk that ended up being the go ahead run on 4 straight pitches. Only two were clearly strikes. He sucked both ways. Talk about selective memory.

That whole Cecchini deal is gonna end up biting Mainieri in the arse, imho... From pretty much all accounts, Coach Glenn sounds like kind of a dick... Definitely the kind of coach that is gonna carry a grudge.

yeah its fricking killing us right now. The kid was never going to college. From day one when yall signed Trahan and Cecchini no one gave two fricks because there was zero chance they'd ever play for yall

Yeah I just caught this argument. Just wow. Everyone knew Cecchini was going pro. EVERYONE

This question is for any OM fan. Was talking to an OM alum, and he said if you look at Bianco's last three seasons as a whole, he should be fired and doesn't deserve top 5 pay. Do most fans feel that way?

geauxrebs, Katz is one of the most fun loving players on the team. He's easy going & laid back for the most part, except when the game's on the line. He was simply responding to Greenwood's BS, which is what CPM was complaining bout. The ump was getting on Katz & Greenwood started the whole pissing match. The ump was horrible for both teams & that's all I'll say bout that. His strike zone was all over the place, for both teams.

That must be why we have one person in the next class from Barbe and at least two people in the class after that from Barbe that are currently committed to play baseball at LSU.

LSUNV-A lot of people do feel that way. I would say 70% of our fan base want him gone after this year. The reason people want him fired is obviously the mediocre production we've had here lately with as much talent as we have. A bunch of fans feel like the state of the arc facilities we have are just going to waste. Not only is he not winning, it's the dumbass coaching decisions he makes on a regular bases that cause people to want him fired. The few people that do want to keep him say that he is the one who put Ole Miss baseball on the map and before him our baseball and baseball facilities were nothing. I agree with that but after 10 years and you have yet to get to the next level, you're not doing something right. Another reason people want to keep him is because he's the all time winningest coach here at Ole Miss, and they don't think you can fire an all time winningest coach. It reminds me alot of the Andy Kennedy situation. I personally want him gone as soon as our last game ends.

Yes that would be the main idea of my novel above

I remember wanting him after Smoke left. I mean we must have gone through 5 or 6 names before Paul Mainieri. Looks like it worked out. Bianco didn't have the chest to step into his mentor's old shoes. Even after Smoke ate them

It worked out well for yall

dude if yall don't win today... then the Rebs just quit. We are trotting out the bench except for Katz and Rhymes

Wahl is set up for a career day if he shows up with some good stuff

If OM can't get it done today then Bianco should not even be granted a bus ride home
