Its interesting that every now and then Ole Miss flashes some brilliance yet seems to always fall back to mediocrity. Maybe this year that recruiting class you all paid so much for will come through, but, alas, you will just keep being Ole Miss afterward.

Yeah. I don't see them ever banning the name Ole Miss either. Y'all will probably remain LSU forever as well. I think it's pretty tough to just change a school's name.

LSU is always a recruiting giant. But, all of the sudden, Ole Miss loads up with blue chip talent......$$$$$$$$$$$ on an epic level, but that level is hard to maintain hence the one elite class.

We have 2 NC's since 2000 to Alabama's 3.... And we played each other for the one that makes the difference. Not sure I would call that 1/5 of what they are.
What I would call a 1/5 is never having played in the SEC championship game before. That would make a team of 1/5 of what LSU is... A team like Ole Miss
