And yet you chose to go to college here in Mississippi

I've grown up in Mississippi and am glad I did, but Mississippi as a whole is pretty terrible. There's not much to be proud of.

Also Dan Mullen is doing a good job recruiting Mississippi kids as he has produced back to back 1st round picks who are Mississippi kids.

How upset are you in grabbing B. Brown and Redmond? What are you going to do with such OOS cancers? What about Dak and Robinson? Surely Mullen has some MS boys that are better. Nut job

It's a good mix. Recruit the best players in your state and add in other recruits from bordering states is Dan's plan

i agree with them if you think golson wouldn't be starting for some minor league team. they don't draft players to let them take bp and hit in the cage. player development is exactly what the minors is for. let the players play everyday, take their bumps and bruises, and if they handle it and get better then they make it to the majors

He would start in the minors. I don't know how else to explain it to you. When you draft a high school kid and give him a few million dollars he will be playing every day no matter what.

I am not advocating him starting at Ole Miss right now, it surprises me he isn't but there is no doubt he would be playing everyday in low a or short season.

CT Bradford

One bad pitch and our lack of hitting is going to cost us this game.

How about you hand pick the studs from Mississippi, then search high and low in huge talent rich states like Florida and Texas for kids who are good too? See Yarbrough.

Part of the reason our hitters are struggling so bad is because they are just raw undeveloped talented guys from backwoods Mississippi.

When you recruit kids from Memphis, B'ham and Atl that play hundreds of games a year the development time is so much less.

Bundy, did you see that homer? that's why you don't give up in the first inning.

I made a semi scene by saying get out of here then clapping loudly. Followed up by a chugged beer
