Our goes like this
Saban
Charles Alexander

the rest of the team
But we are still winning with Saban's talent according to many people.

You sure Alexander wasn't recruited by Dinardo? I swear he's been there for 20 years.

I know I wouldn't be surprise if he is granted another 2 years of elgibility for going down every play. He has been plauged by injuries his whole Career.
I hope he signs with an NFL team, but I have my doubts. He has been pretty good this year though.

If Saban is 20-2 in the last two years I am curious as to how he only played 22 games. He lost to Auburn as the best coach ever two years ago. Saban's awesome undefeatable self was 12-2 in 2008. How did he lose to lesser coaches in 2007 and 2008. He is the best coach ever right?

I agree it looks like Auburn, but we've been burned before.
Never say never in the recruiting game.

We've been burned by dudes who committed and then never materialized or flunked out of school, or ended up in the slammer instead of school.
I do agree recruiting is important but it's not the end all be all, player development and coaching matter as well as personal integrity and character.
$abear for all his faults, gets the talent in school and keeps them there as long as he can and that is the sign of a solid coach. I hope Chizik can do the same.
