If Harsin has a bad year and doesn’t finish strong in recruiting, he’s in trouble. I could see them panicking after a couple years.

But yes I agree that os seat is hottest atm

Barring a major scandal, which could happen at any time, or an atomic melt down, which can also happen, I'd say Mullen. He hasn't exactly set the world on fire and he was supposed to be the savior of Florida football.

He's in a weird position. He can take the biggest step forward, or take the biggest step back. No one is expecting Pittboss or Drink to win their division this year. But Florida did not hire Mullen to be a caretaker coach.

You're still a disgrace to Tiger nation. You are just far too damn dumb to realize it.

Not trying to defend Mullen but his record at Florida is 29-9 and 19-7 in the SEC w/1 East title and 2 runner-ups in the E). That was playing with someone else’s players. What more would you expect? I thought he was going to do well get to 6 wins his first year, maybe 7 his second year and then 8-9 in his third year. He has far exceeded expectations and now with his players in place I think they will win 9+ games a year.

This SEC is so competitive that if you win 8+ games a year that is tremendous.
Bama is an outlier over the last 13 years and they have skewed expectations for everyone else. It is unrealistic to expect what many people at LSU, UGA, AUB, A&M etc. think is possible today. Too many good teams to win an average of 10+ games a year. Not going to happen. As a result Tennessee has killed their program, and outside the SEC, Texas has done the same.
