I would not recommend you doing what Miller did. I don’t think you would get the same treatment from the justice system if you drove a gun to a friend who said he was involved in a disagreement outside a bar, and then your friend and another person sat in your car while your friend handed the shooter a gun.
If you think you would automatically be in the clear in such a situation, you should go try it.

If the situation were exactly the same, I'd be just as free today as Brandon Miller is. He did nothing wrong.
