That's awesome.

Another interesting fact is that the guy who throws Everett out of the Woolsworth's is long time New Orleans radio host Spud McConnell.

Best post ever made on the rant. God bless you, sir.

OBWAT is the most underappreciated movie of the 21st century. Coen Bros are just brilliant.

Thank you sir. I was particularly fond of the vandy and bonus A&M one. LOL.

Edit: The Ole Miss and Ms State ones were more directed at the coach than the program...

My parents went to a open casting for small roles in the movie in yazoo city and they asked my mom to try out for a role as one of the sirens but she said it was too raunchy and my dad would kill her if she was rubbing all over George Clooney

That Missouri gif is spot on and was one of the funnier quotes from the movie.

Yeah, I've heard a lot of folks in state were in the movie.

Believe the town square scenes were filmed in Canton and the siren scene was filmed in D'Lo.

The thing I love most about that movie is that George Clooney hates that he made and was in it.

I’ve never read that and can’t find a reference to it now. Where did you see that?

I have no problem with Clooney. He’s a liberal, but he puts in the work and is rarely obnoxious about it. Takes some shots at Republicans, but a lot of them are deserved. Seems like a fun guy to hang around.

Should have used the scene in the theatre for one of the bottom teams. " Do not seek the treasure!"
