Harbor is easily one of the most athletic receivers in CFB.
With a better OL and passing game around him he could be an absolute star.

Plus we'll pick up another big name (or two) WR in the portal, out of the four we're negotiating with ... but Harbor's biggest friend will be the new OC, Briles.
