I can explain the difference in total vs most recent, but fear it is likely pointless….

Why would I create a thread for totals when you just posted that info here? Even though some of your numbers are clearly wrong.

Maybe I should start a thread that corrects your errors.

Kentucky has more sweet 16 appearances than any other SEC program has NCAA tourney appearances.

Not sure stuff before the expanded field should really be counted using the modern nomenclature.

A S16 as we know it is indicative of a team making it out of the first weekend of the tournament. Some of the S16's that are being counted here are from an era where the field was literally only 16 teams.

True, but those other teams could have made it then too.

The fact that Kentucky has more sweet 16 appearances than any other SEC program has NCAA appearances shows how good Kentucky was for so long.

That's THREE threads on the first page for SEC Rant VGT attention whore Captain Howdy!

I don't think his parents let him play with toys when he was a kid, as he obviously has psychological and personal self-esteem issues.

Every thread/post SCREAMS "Pay Attention To Me." (Since apparently nobody in real life is)
