5 years ago if somebody would have told me that the SEC would start to have one of the better collection of coaches across the country I would have laughed at you & told you to pass that shite this way. Now, it's becoming a reality and we've got half the league in the big dance and another team that just missed it (lol @ u Bama)
Congrats to everyone on their seasons baws. Let's collectively wreck some shite in the dance

Seeing the PAC12 with only 3 .... sheeeesh how the once mighty have fallen.
Proud of the SEC though. I mean talk about a quick turnaround, this conference is just showing off and flexing its muscle now.

And they were lucky to get 3!
It's borderline criminal what that conference has turned into this season, but it's fun to laugh at from a distance. I'm curious to see who A&M is able to get (Buzz?) and if Arkansas, Carolina, and Bama end up making any moves. The conference just gets deeper

Agreed. You guys got some good run out of him with a conference championship and 2 sweet sixteens (that I can think of), but it makes sense to move in a different direction.
I'll be interested to see what happens if a few other jobs in the league open up around the same time and how that impacts the decision making.

10 years ago when we last won the SEC....guess what seed they gave us? #9. What’s worse is they put us in #1 UNC’s bracket and we had to play them in the round of 32. We almost pulled it off and their fans were SO pissed they had to play a team that good that early. It just shows how different things are now. I expect the SEC to have a good tourney overall....we are battle tested way more than most realize in the CBB world.

I didn't think the AD had it in him.
Now that he made the decision I'm predicting great things for our basketball program.
Not sure who he will hire but if he can get the former Aggie assistant and Van Alstyne, TX native back home, it will be lights out.
Not doubt BK is a nice man and went to two Sweet 16's while struggling with a horrible illness for 7 years, it was past time for him to go.
