Karma is a bitch - UT football should rot in Hell for few more years.

A UT fan called in to the Bill King show and referred to the situation as "the dumpster fire that is known as the Tennessee football program"

Negative. Tennessee needs to give Dooley AND his "hot pants" a chance. He will break the Fulmer curse if you guys would just give him half a chance.

Nice try. Lane Kiffin said nothing of the sort.
Damn sum'a you guys love Kiffin so much you're trying to rewrite history for him even after he treated you're program like a 10 dollar whore.
This is part why the program is in the shitter. Too many wanted Kiffin to turn UT into the next Miami U of South East football, and now in comes a guy that don't fit that mold.
Y'all hired both of 'em. I would luv it if u turned around and asked Phat Fill back.

If Tennessee fans weren't so terrified of change, Fulmer would have been sent home in 2005 and everything else would be much better.
Amen!

How can they be upset with Dooley? Didn't he get in the showers with the team and demonstrate how to wash their privates to prevent staph infection? He's starting with the basics. Eventually you will get around to snap counts and formations.

That's what you get when you fire a alumnus and NC coach and hire the biggest fraud douche ever to stalk the sidelines at an SEC football game. Sorry but Tennessee asked for this and they got it.
Everyone likes to bring up Fulmer as though Tennessee made some mistake in firing him. The mistake was that they waited as long as they did. His recruiting had slipped off in a huge way (the 2007 class was a bust and 2008 was just bad), which is a big part of why we are where we are (along with poor coaching and Kiffin's 2009 class).
Tennessee basically had three straight years where recruiting was a total bust (2007, 2008, and 2009). That's akin to being under NCAA sanctions.

So tell me again why Dooley is not being successful?

Everyone is saying be patient, which I understand, but it's not like we were demanding an SEC title or anything.

Well I don't know about you but I expect to win it all next year

I expect a significan't improvement in the win column next year. None of this 'we were more competitive than last year' bullshite.

9 or more or Dooley goes IMO

Agreed. 8-4 with losses to Bama, Florida, and Georgia, and Dooley shouldn't even see the bowl game.

No one is trying to rewrite history. Lane Kiffin didn't say that. Ed Orgeron did. This is fact, not my opinion.
"Sum'a" you Bama fans are just illiterate.
