As bad as you are we are worse.
At least last year we had an offense.
This year we don’t have either.
Believe me I understand we are left with young players but I still expected them to be a little better than this.
Preseason I was thinking 9 wins and 8 would have been ok. Now if we make bowl we will be lucky.

The emotional side of me says State is going 3-9 with a loss to USM.
The more measured side of me says 6-6. I think they beat Kentucky at home (UK has struggled in Starkville) and find one other win somewhere.

I think bama loses 3... Texas, ole miss, LSU... I just don't see our offense keeping up in a shoot out. Our defense will get tired because they'll be in the field for 4 quarters.

I always pick 10 wins for LSU and frankly expect it as well. It’s not a great season but it’s acceptable and expected. I add that it’s ok if the win comes in bowl or extra game.

All y'all and all the journalists were right and I was wrong. State goes 4-8, 0-8 and finishes last in the West.
Ok, I don't really believe that, I think we win a minimum of 2 SEC games. We could finish last in the West, though, at 2-6.
I'm one of the few optimistic State fans left, so I'm still hoping for changes/improvements and 8-4, 4-4. A lot of our opponents are having early problems, too.
