It is very odd that some LSU fans are trying to turn this situation into a win somehow.
LSU backed down as they should have and everyone is moving on. It’s not something to be ashamed of. Any other school would do the same if they were in LSU’s position.
A lot could be said that others would have never put themselves in LSU’s position, but that’s another topic altogether.

ETA: - You said in your previous post I responded too, "Howd that turn out", like something bad has happened to LSU. Which you agreed to, because LSU followed the rules. I'm just curious, what punishment has been bestowed upon LSU or Kiffin for everything that has happened?
