Because you keep bringing up the same useless stats in different posts that don’t mean anything. The only thing that matters is how did they finish….. just about the same as the last 9 years. Mid pack SEC, got a regional, happen to win it this year, lose in supers, MEDIOCRE!!
Well, they hit better than Alabama, Tennessee and Arkansas….who cares. They all made it to the WCWS so they finished better than us. All that matters.

And how did they work out for them overall. But, but, they hit better than X, Y and Z.
The SEC had 10 teams finish in the top 20, we were #9. That’s the measurement.
You can put Lipstick on a pig all you want but at the end of the day it’s still a pig.

Then why should she be deservedly fired if she doesn’t bring in a portal class you want? If she’s Elite?

I want to win and thought she was on the right track with some of the additions from last yr and the class incoming however relying on freshman will get you fired and deservedly so. If she doesn’t get any portal starters I will be on your side and say she should be fired]

I guess there’s a reason he needs to be supervised and hasn’t been afforded the opportunity to be head coach. I’m also guessing the counseling he went through wasn’t warranted and I shouldn’t believe that either, because I read it. He had such success at Missouri, we should definitely hire him and his baggage here before taking a chance on an up and comer. By that thought process, you probably think we should hire one of the Myers clan, if we don’t believe everything we read.

Should I go back and find all the posts you defend Torina in? And who were Earlywine, Lonnie, Murphy, Walton etc before they were at their respective university? You just don’t have big name coaches that jump ship, White being the one off. So you’re gonna have to take a flier on an up and comer and I’d be willing to bet we would at least stay the mediocre course we’re on but for cheaper, And maybe, just maybe we improve.

Franklin played 2 games last year and hitting 282 is not a world beater so I will hold judgment to see how she progresses. Lassiter (287/314/324/340) is the definition of natural progression. And I would say her biggest jump was Freshman to Sophmore year at Ole Miss. Maybe we should thank them for developing her.

They are great coaches and 2/3 of those were in the WCWS this year.

Beth is what she is…A good mid major coach who if she does anything mediocre at an SEC school should finish mid pack SEC which gives you cred to host a regional. Win your regional most of the time, then lose in supers most of the time.
