Lonnie you are 100% correct here. I have found that those that don't like mustard base are on the lower rungs of society.

The one rule for barbecue: it has to be pork. Every true southerner knows this. Barbecue is pork. This is why Texas isn't the south with their brisket barbecue.

Mustard, vinegar, dry rub its all good. Real southerners know this

The state is divided mostly mustard base malaise sweet upstate area and Columbia has some good vinegard based its split into 3
