Miller must be an upstanding guy.
Because he isn’t the most upstanding of guys he should be kicked off the team and expelled? If he has committed a felony the police would have charged him. Since he isn’t charged with anything, why should disciplinary action be taken against him?

Again, is this the guy you want to cheer for? We aren’t talking about a guy who smokes weed, does donuts in the parking lot, gets into a bar fight.

Blind knighting. I like it. This should be a go to line for every other fanbase in the conference.

Even the Bama fan who hates basketball is righteously defending Miller

I cant see alot of differences in what Miles did and what Miller did. Well maybe a tsd but no way Miller should be playing.

Bama is not about to capsize a once in a lifetime opportunity.

This speaks volumes about your character. You're fine that Miller brought a loaded fire arm to someone at 1:00 AM? After receiving the text messages he received?

I mean they did nothing when a football player assaulted a female in front of the world, does it surprise you they let their basketball player off for being accessory to murder?
I think it's going to take an actual murder before Bama decides to discipline their student athletes.

Have an upvote. You get it. I wish the other 98% of Bama fans did, too.
Keep fighting the good fight!

Uh, Miles was kicked off the team, dumbass. The police literally said they can't charge Miller with anything.
I am an attorney that does criminal defense some.
I’ve had clients with less involvement in a bad situation be charged and/or indicted.
If the police wanted to they could have easily charged him and had a preliminary hearing.
They could, but they won’t. He absolutely would be charged with something but for who he is and who he plays for.

Paterno/Sandusky comes to mind but I agree with you its pretty bad.

Then pull for another team. EVERY team has the likes of Miles. EVERY team. Maybe you just need move on from sports in general. I would imagine if you start looking deep into rosters of other teams and other sports you would be surprised at the dregs of society on your favorite teams.

Not true. We sucked at basketball for years with only minor off the court issues. All of sudden we're the best team in the country and have 3 players connected to a murder.

A mom is dead because of Miller’s actions. I can’t make it any more clear than that.
No, a young woman is dead because Davis played out the evil in his heart and squeezed the trigger. The gun nor Miller committed murder, only Davis committed murder and Miles is an accessory to murder.
Now did Miller know that a crime was going to be committed with it? I don't know and nor do you....only GOD, Miller and Miles know the answer to that question.

LOL this is as bad as blaming handguns for murders. Did Miller pull the trigger or plan it you fricking idiot

quote:
"There had been a dispute earlier between the parties that centered on Harris (the female victim) not being interested in talking with Davis, who allegedly told officers he was so drunk on tequila that he doesn’t recall a thing."
quote:
"When Miller arrived, Miles and Davis got in his car, according to testimony. It was there that Miles took the gun and then handed it to Davis, telling him, "There’s one in the head,” a reference, police testified, to a bullet being in the chamber."
quote:
"With the gun in his hand, Davis walked up and “began firing through the driver’s side window of the Jeep,”
ok all you self proclaimed lawyers, explain to me how someone can hand a loaded gun to a guy who is black out drunk, who immediately uses said gun to initiate a violent confrontation which resulted in death, is not in violation of any law.
