This would piss me off. They backed out of a game back in November that if we play we are probably in the NCAA right now.

I remember Glenn Garrett hitting a buzzer-beater to beat Manhattan in the first round in 1973 when this tournament actually meant something.
Only 25 teams went to the NCAA. 16 in the NIT. Kentucky was the only SEC team in the tournament. Only conference champions and independents were in.

I also remember when this was a well respected tournament. Good games are great to watch whatever the tournament.
