Yeah, I spit my beer out and starting laughing like hell right in your face but, it really took me by surprise.
Sure, I asked you over and over to do it again and you acted like you were angry but, it was funny as hell.
You wouldn't do it again, but then you stalked away and started talking to some other couple and then, about 10 minutes later, I heard you meow again.
And, yeah, I started laughing like a motherfricker again but you were meowing. WTF was wrong with you? Do you do that all the time?

I was going to say something nice about Saban, but instead Im just going to say CAD should kill himself. Figure the world would be a better place if he did.

I could care less about intentional misspellings of a name.
I don't know, something about this person feeling obligated to preface a nice statement about Saban donating flowers to the sick with a declaration of hate for him and calling his daughter trash struck me the wrong way.
He felt that was the only way that he could compliment Saban and not lose any respect among his fellow plainsmen and coonies, I suppose.
That told me that there is a malignancy that grows deep towards Alabama fans on this board.
I also feel that many marginal Alabama fans here, those who aren't well established, may be reticent to make posts due to the fear of a barrage of insults due to the team they support.
I'm here to change all of that.

You can always hang on the Bama team forums. They're actually one of my favorite, even though I haven't posted lately, because they're active and the people there have interesting things to say. As for the rest, pretty much every SEC team here gets abuse. You haven't noticed that Arkansas gets slapped around regularly, that TAMU fans have to endure endless weird/gay jokes, and LSU fans are the butt of all manner of jokes about their smell and hygiene? That's not even getting into the nastiness toward Missouri (which, being Yankees, they deserve completely) and the snide jokes about the Mississippi schools. And so on. You're gonna have to remember that Bama probably has the 2nd largest group of posters here after LSU and the fans are perfectly capable of standing up for themselves. If some kid is afraid to post because he or she is a Bama fan despite the number of other Bama fans that will stick up for him or her, then the Rant really isn't the place for a person suffering from that much timidity.
Edit again, because it's late, I've been working 12 hours straight and I forget things: A large part of the nastiness comes from Bama's unparalleled success. People are going to take potshots. It's basically a compliment, even if it's not intended that way
