Not only that, but Saban has won by an average margin of victory by 22 ppg in his 3 title games with Alabama.

The only thing that should matter is conference titles. You can't get voted into the SECCG. A coach has no control over a national title appearance.

Actually a coach has a lot of control over a national title appearance by either going undefeated or having only 1 loss. Spurrier has never gone undefeated and has only 2 seasons with 1 loss. Both of those 1 loss teams played in national title games. The first was destroyed by Nebraska in 1995 and the second won a rematch against FSU in 1996 (something you LSU fans don't seem to think is legit). So by LSU logic, Spurrier has never won a national title.

Good god. Yeah the GREATEST CFB TEAM OF ALL TIME couldn't beat a team that lost to fricking tex A&M.

And LSU's goat team couldn't get past the 50 yard line, what's your point?

Just because bama boosters buy more players than anyone in the nation does not mean Saban could outcoach Spurrier with equal talent. In fact Spurrier would wipe his arse with him more often than not in that case.

Damn son. Just damn.

The simple way to solve this ask yourself this: If Saban were at USCe how many titles would he have? If Spurrier were at Bama how many would he have? I say Saban would have at least one at USCe and Spurrier would maybe have one at Bama

Dumb gump pissed me off. I can only handle so much stupidity at once and gumps here talking about how either of their last 2 dipshit teams would have knocked '95 Nebraska's dick in the dirt exceeds that amount.

Do I really have to point out the difference between appearing in a national championship game, and winning it?

You have to appear in a game to win it. Also, before the bcs , #1 team could play the #3-4 team. Look I'd pick Saban , but to act like national titles is in the coaches hands is a little dishonest.

Yeah because some other team that has one isn't gonna be picked. My point is conference titles are the only title that a team as complete control over.

2011 isn't LSU's goat team. It's just that team beat more ranked teams than any team since 1935.

The last person I remember saying that no one dimensional team could beat them:

you've got to think though with a month to prepare Saban could figure out an option attack

Or a team we prepared for at all. We practiced maybe a whole day for Georgia State, then we practiced for Auburn

Dude, Both of the last two dipshit Bama teams would have shut down any fricking team from 1995. It's a different sport 18 years later. 250 lb. LB's running 4.6 40's? Wouldn't even be close..

The 95 Nebraska team was smaller and slower than either of the last two BAMA teams. BAMA would pound that Nebraska team into submission, just like we did LSU and Notre Dame.

To suggest that Nebraska would have beaten the last two BAMA (2011 & 2012) teams is ridiculous.
There is no one dimensional team that would have beaten either one of those teams. We were bigger, faster and stronger than that Cornhusker team.

You are fricking high. They would have beaten Bama like they stole something the last two years.

Nick Saban is the greatest college coach of all time and that includes the BEAR, especially after he wins four of five.
