This bill is atrocious but it has been ginned up to young African Americans as a big civil rights issue and they believe it. This letter at this late point in the game does nothing at all but will be seen by most if the team as him having their backs, just like when he led that march. Yes, it rubs me the wrong way but I understand what he's doing and why. Ask Ed O if he wishes he had led the LSU players' march.

This "Voting Rights" deal is a much bigger issue than a football coach supporting BLM and his players in protest.
This bill has the potential to completely change the country, and not in favor of the Republicans.
