Mobile is not the town to do Purple Drank and drive.
He could have hired the best looking Ho in Creloa to drive him around all weekend for what this arrest will cost him.
Just plain stupid.

Some more details are emerging about the DUI arrest of Lions defensive tackle Nick Fairley, including the fact that the state trooper who made the arrest says he was driving down Interstate 10 early this morning when Fairley flew past him going 100 miles an hour.

According to the Associated Press, Alabama state troopers say Fairley was driving 100 in his Cadillac Escalade in unincorporated Mobile County, Alabama, and he initially refused to stop for the trooper’s emergency lights and siren before eventually pulling over.

i can never understand why these big time athlete or celebrities or anyone that earns what they do get arrested for dui. HIRE A FREAKIN' DRIVER! it would cost a hell of a lot less to just pay some kid to drive you around than it would to pay a dui,be safer for everyone and avoid potential lawsuits and bad publicity.

when i buy my nfl team, i will keep a fleet of cars with designated drivers on call 24/7 and put them on speed dial for my players.

As the longtime head of the NFFC, I can honestly say with not uncertainty that he was framed by Mobile cops...

Rolando McClain, Nick Fairley, and JaMarcus Russell have all made some very stupid decisions as of late, and it's pretty crazy considering they are all from the Mobile area. All had superior talent, money, fame, and have decided that they want to throw it down the drain. McClain and Fairley still have a chance to redeem themselves at this point, but not Russell.

Ro McClain is from North Alabama (Decatur).

Ahhhh... so you're saying he's likely an adult, just with the mental-age of a 12 year old. Understood.

I stand corrected. I guess I grouped him with the other two because of their legal troubles.

I don't believe Nick was feeling "TOO MUCH PAIN" when the "PO-PO" took his mug shot. His eyes look sort of Red don't you think?

I'm guessing it wasn't "purple drank" he was sipping on considering they popped him for an open container violation and not having prescription meds also.
