also from their website?

WHEN WE LAST MET

Not everything went perfectly—for either team—in the 9-6 overtime game in Tuscaloosa, but both can learn from their mistakes.

Alabama

Alabama was too predictable on offense with the running game and likely won’t run as much on early downs this time around. The Tide can’t put McCarron in third-and-make-a-play situations and expect good things to happen. He must throw early to gain confidence and keep LSU guessing.

LSU

LSU played too much zone in the first half and allowed the Tide to gain simple blocking advantages up front. Look for the Tigers to take more chances early, playing more man coverage in the secondary and loading up on the line of scrimmage to stop the run and rush the passer.

SN's Picks

Matt Hayes: LSU 27, Alabama 23. Look, Mom, points! A confident Jefferson with full control of the offense is the difference between this game and the fistfight in November.

Steve Greenberg: LSU 26, Alabama 10. It’s time for some separation—Alabama has basked in LSU’s glory for long enough. The Tigers’ convincing win leaves us wondering how a non-SEC opponent might’ve fared.

How many All-Americans on that cover?? Alabama has 4 - Trent Richardson and Mark Barron (unanimous); Dont'a Hightower (consensus); and Dre Kirkpatrick (1st team).

they won a pass to the MNC game

entering the game, 2 wins behind LSU

Soon to be 3..and if you take away the Georgia southern victory...LSU will have 4 more FBS wins than Alabama this year

heck no they don't deserve to be in this game..
