They made a trade offer to the Patriots earlier today for Mallett.
If not Carr, they are left with the prospect of Murray, McCarron, or Mettenburger on Saturday.
Two of those guys are coming off of knee injuries.

I really wanted CJ Moseley, but the more I think about it, he was very prone to injury at Alabama. I don't know if he can stay healthy long enough to be the player I wanted Denver to get at linebacker.

The Browns also picked Colt McCoy at #29 in the first round I believe.

Still, I'd expect 3 or 4 QB's to go between rounds 2 and 3.
Carr, maybe Gorroppolo and Savage if you think those guys are serious, and Mett.
