That is the South side of the stadium. It was the first upper deck extension built and was built before the West side boxes. It is about to be renovated.
As you can see the original box had a cutout at the bottom for better views. Part of the growing pains of being a pioneer in the stadium game.

Neyland is still an old school stadium right now and that's the only thing I like about it.
