Mostly regarding gameday activities before game time.

They have now "suspended all tailgating operations."

What does that mean? Is this the crew that sets up the tents and such for the bigger spenders?

Everyone can still tailgate just no tents. It’s not ideal but it will be a unique experience. This will be one of those “I was at the game…” type games.

I think they're obviously worried about the tents in the wind, but probably also the power distribution.

We've had previous rain-outs like this where parts of the Quad were slightly underwater, and their temporary service drops were presumably quite dangerous.

Sucks when you don't have TVs to watch other games before and after.

Bring your mud boots!

Miss the old days pre Quad. We had the spot behind Gallets for 10 years.

We used to have a spot in the Catholic student center until Nick and Terry Saban gave them a generous donation that relieved them of the need for that tailgating rent money.

I think that just refers to tent setups

Now they think the "I" storm will make land fall early. Tuscaloosa weather at game time shows a slight chance of rain and wind between 8 to 9 mph.
