You see laws trump NCAA “rules”. I know it’s hard to understand but it’s illegal to say to boosters that own companies they can’t pay students.

A company can pay anyone anything it wants and the student can sell their NIL to anyone that will purchase it.

It’s called a free market. And we have laws that govern this. Serious laws. And if there is one thing A&M has plenty of it’s lawyers.

The NCAA is voluntary. If you don't like the rules, then you don't have to be part of it.

Texas A&M isn't going to do shite. There aren't going to be any lawyers, people claiming lawyers is just a bunch of A&M fans in emotional denial.

It’s funny because other fanbases are more worked up about this than A&M fans.

There’s nothing to deny? Nobody has come forth with any specific example of any wrongdoing. When that time comes I’ll listen.

Why? Everyone knew boosters couldn't pay highschool recruits. Just because they claimed ignorance before guidelines were put in place doesn't mean they didn't deliberately shite all over the intent. They knew exactly what they were doing

This was obviously not clear on the original intent, or they wouldn't have needed to pass additional guidelines.

Nice response. You prove in nearly every thread you have no clue what you’re talking about

That's funny considering how things have gone over the past week when 2 weeks ago you guys were claiming you weren't being investigated. Funny enough, you all said "prove it".

Really, the response A&M fans have had to all this pretty much points out that you all know you are guilty. A&M fan after A&M fan hears the news, and starts saying A&M is going to sue.

Let’s face it Alabama and Georgia have been paying players under the table for years. The NIL makes it transparent. The schools are hollering the worst about NIL are the ones that are cheating under the table. They know their dominance is coming to an end.

Unless the investigation is over, yes you are.

If they are paying under the table, what prevents them from paying over the table?

Retroactive will not stand up if it makes to Federal Court.

What is to go to court over? They are going after institutions rather than players/boosters.
When has a program sued the NCAA?
