I know the statute requires wearing an electronic monitoring device for the remainder of his life.

Clearly, people take sexual offenses seriously, unlike StoneHog.

Not all sex crimes require registering as a sex offender or wearing an electric monitoring device. Depends on what the charge is and the degree of the charge.

I think you should make the punishment fit the crime. In this case, the guy should have his testicles removed. This would also have the additional benefit of making sure morons like this never procreate.
Damn. You serious?

Am I the only one who thinks some of you guys are taking this way too seriously?

Both parties in this are just irresponsible...but I want to know why all of the people around this guy thought it was funny and NOBODY step in?!?

This. I'm not saying the guy should serve jail time, but the people defending his actions are idiots and would feel different if it were them.

Just because someone is passed out in public does not give a grown arse man permission to rub his balls in the guys face.

Guy, if every case of tea bagging were treated as sexual assault our prisons would be far more crowded. This is a non issue and the fact that unrelated people are calling for this guy to be prosecuted is laughable.

I'm not wanting the guy to be prosecuted, I'm saying that what he did was classless and he needs his arse kicked.

But it isn't a "non-issue". This was in a public place and when you choose to act in such a manner in a public place you're subject to whatever consequences may unfold.

kick to the nuts was just hard enough to discourage further nut displays.

If I hadn't of stopped him he would have tried to sit on my lap. You might like a dudes nuts on you. I personally do not.

I'm not saying you do, just that apparently it's not out of the realm of possibility that you do.

I assaulted my vicious attacker. I just turned myself in to one of my cop buddies and he is on his way with the paddy wagon. :racist:

The Krystal Manager is responsible too. I can't believe he was so passive.

Most people aren't defending him. They are objecting to it being termed sexual assault.

I don't agree with it, but there's far worse injustices in the world to worry about. And calling it sexual assault might be technically correct, but it's overstating the case. I think that's the reason for a lot of the responses 'defending' him. I think a lot of people are just objecting to trumping it up. What would you like to see happen? Should we spend tax dollars locking him up him up?

There's far worse shite going on in Bourbon St. I say we clean up the whole pit of snakes down there.

No, the scumbag is the guy with the homo tendencies. His friends are just dirtbags.

How do we know this guy just didn't show up to Krystal solo BTW?

It's technically sexual battery. statute Violation of A(1), assuming no consent.

The OP may have been concerned with the shirts' colors, but many in this thread are not. And rightfully so. This act may be fine between friends, within the confines of your home or a fraternity house, but not in public, presumably between strangers. To say it is acceptable or "not a big deal" is undermining our society's attempt to become morally decent.

Without a doubt the manager is at least somewhat responsible. I have seen lots of people passed out in public. Just leave them alone and walk off. Like I said, the guy doesn't deserve jail time, he just needs to face some type of consequences, IMO. I would feel the same way if LSU fans did it to a Bama fan.

So you prefer balls on the back of your head to a finger flipping the bird in your face? I would prefer the finger flipping the bird to some gumps sweaty nasty balls on my head.
