If you can't get your grades up, get your guns up. Tech has a ton of hot dumb girls.

Sure it did. Didn't you just hear Sister Jean saying God was on Loyola's side.
Thus, God was not on UT's side. That shot was willed in by God.

Well she was right about that. :

No doubt. Sister Jean used 98 years of prayers on us. No one can withstand that.

that's the unluckiest game I've seen in a while

On top of that I have no damn idea how their last shot went in

God truly was on their side

Shouldn't that be illegal benefits under NCAA rules?

He rarely gets involved with sports but he certainly did this game.

How so? One more good dribble and you’re in the lane. They had time for something better than a forced three.

He wanted to be set. 3.6 seconds really isn't a lot of time. There were two guys in front of him if he tried to drive. With no timeouts left, it was not a terrible look.

It's a catholic school, not sure you can blame God for being involved.

I think most coaches play on in that situation. You call timeout and you give them time to set up their defense. UT had plenty of time, they could have driven into the paint more but they looked shell shock at the end.
I thought the announcer said they were out of times out.

I'm not blaming God for choosing a Jesuit school.

Your only other option there is to drive hard and throw up a prayer and hope it goes in, or you get fouled. Neither are high percentage, but no time to make decisions either.

No, you play on if you have 7 seconds or more. With only 3.6, Tennessee absolutely would have taken a TO if they had one.

Poster who mentioned that Sister Jean should be an impermissible benefit is correct.
