This 2-out walk ended up a 3-run homer. Deeply embarrassing work for a semifinal game

Message Board Geniuses during football season posted more shite from OU fans than anyone

Anything that goes bad it’s always the refs fault. It’s never their team.

What’s going to end up happening is that we do the impossible and take down goliath and then somehow Stanford ends up as national champions.

Do you only investigate balls/strikes only when OU loses?

Don’t say that. If you guys win Tue I’m rooting for Gators to win it all.

I am not sure if you actually watched the game, I just caught the last few innings, but it appeared the umpire had a strike zone smaller than a softball. But it was the same for both teams. It was almost like he didn’t know a ball could be a strike unless the batter swung at it. Yes he was shitty. But consistent. And that is all you can really hope for from an umpire.

I didn’t investigate only posted someone else doing so. Hard of reading it appears. I said it was still equal both ways and FL took advantage. Also said it changed how we pitched and that meant having to throw pitches in a more narrow window which was teed off on. And likewise, that same narrow window when we batted - we failed to take advantage. But it was a narrow window. Lets see if that changes Tue and how that game goes.

Some peeps can’t read.

I agree. And you are the first person to fully understand what I was saying. Florida won with that same window.

I’ll be curious to see how they call it Tue. As the sport grows they will need to get more consistency. More fans means more people see things.

Let me introduce you to Angel Hernandez. He made a career of it at the highest level.

Angel Hernandez’ Worst Calls of 2023

As long as the plate umpire is consistent during the game that is all you can ask for. Different umpires have different strike zones. You just hope it stays the same for both teams for the entire game. If it does, it is fair to both teams’ batters and pitchers.
