Punched Ticket to OKC: Oklahoma, Texas
Rubber match tomorrow: Fla vs Ga, Ark vs Miss, Tenn vs Neb, SC vs UCLA
Other teams in: Texas Tech, Oregon
So the SEC is guaranteed 4, but could get 6 in the field.

Im guessing OU is gonna win this whole thing again?
It's incredible even on a down year they can still be so good.

Texas Tech is the only real threat I see for OU in OKC given the fact that they have the X factor that they do.
It is just remarkably hard to overcome that program, especially in that environment of mostly sooner fans

Ten and Nebraska both have dominant aces that could give OU problems …. Pickens was hard to hit earlier in season but OU is a better team right now . Canaday is the best pitcher in a long time she could shut anyone down . Pickens broke her own record today threw the ball 78-79 mph . Anyone can beat anyone with a good pitcher .

soonersports.com links to StatBroadcast during the regular season and then usually starts linking to ncaa.com in the postseason for some reason.
This very same thing is happening with texassports.com. different statcast style/3rd party between regular season and regional vs. Super Regional. The ncaa use started at Super Regional.
Eh, sites are probably managed by same company. Just like "Everybody Clap Your Hands" stadium announcement. Some entertainment company contracted to many schools.

Agreed. OU is favorite to win with TT possible. Hell, just one well lubricated Tech fan can wreck shite as 3 Sooners.

That totally makes sense.
The NCAA site has way less information, is slow to update and sometimes gets the score backwards...or even the home and away teams mixed up. It gets corrected, but it's scared the hell out of me a few times.
However, the better 3rd party sites are usually ahead of the TV broadcast and spoil the surprise.

6 would be impressive
It would indeed. This year's SEC has to be the most dominant softball conference since the Pac-10 ran things back in the days of shorts and t-shirts.

Texas peaked in March and could go 0-2 in OKC. They got their arse swept by OU and have lost a lot of juice.
Texas Tech can beat anyone once, but 0% chance they beat OU twice in their backyard.

Oklahoma is peaking at the right time like they usually do. Heading to the WCWS, the Sooners have outscored their opponents 47-5. The plus 42 run differential is the 7th best all time. 5 of the previous 6 won the WCWS., per Espn. I'm starting to believe they have a chance

The OU softball dynasty is less impressive when you consider they spit out titles without sleeping outside of their beds.
Except we stay in a hotel like everyone else, and offer any facility we have to any school that asks.
