OU and Arkansas are tied for 1 at -9 and in the clubhouse at their regional. Other teams still out on course but thats a good day 1 start.

At the Ohio State regional only 2 of the 75 players broke par. Thankfully they were both Gators. Must have been a tough day.

The Scarlet course annually hosts a Korn Ferry Tour event. It's among the highest scoring courses versus par on that tour all season.

The Sooners at -16 in the lead after 1.5 rounds, 11 shots clear of cut line with 1.5 rounds to go
Arky in same venue is tied for 5th at -4.
Still lots of golf left to play. Nothing is set and everything still undecided to make top 5 and move on to nationals.

So is 3 SEC teams in one regional the max? In Corvallis there are 2 (OU/Ark)

Bummer for the regional having 3 SEC. Since SEC has so many good teams your margin for error is less to make top 5.
