Good team but not a serious contender.

In OT, the refs lost all objectivity and were swayed by the emotions of the game. 6 point swing should've happened in favor of Arkansas:
- That was not goaltending. The ball did not hit the backboard first.
- The tie up was either a) jump ball or b) loose ball and Ark steal. That was not whatsoever a foul in there
- After that BS tie up foul, Ark came back down and got hacked going up for a shot.
If the refs had remained neutral and objective instead of getting caught in the emotions of the comeback and the accompanying bias, Arkansas would've had 2 more points, and Tech had 4 less points.
Final Score: Ark 85 TTU 81. Refs should be fired. Switch to AI. We are all tired of 21 ACT'ers nepo-babies reffing all sports where huge money is on the line.

We had and squandered a 16 point lead, we choked.
We are Arkansas
We are Arkansas

His first year at Arkansas got a sweet 16 and good media. I’d take it.

Pay a coach 7 million a year and have one of the highest paid NIL teams in the nation, you expect deep runs each year.

Why are we shooting with 20 seconds on the shot clock. fricking Wagner.
Wagner's choices in crunch time were costly. That one you mentioned and his 2 contested shots at the end of regulation and the end of OF. The shots just weren't there, and he ball-hogged it.
But Cal should've called TO for that last possession and set something different up than the Wagner thing that didn't work at the end of regulation. How could Davis not touch the ball there? Or Knox? Or Brazile? 3 for the win.
But hey, your Hogs went farther than just about anyone expected. Good run.

I didn't watch but a few early minutes of the game, but when I went to bed, Arkansas was up I think by 15, so I figured that was a big enough lead.
Sounds like TT caught fire the last few minutes. That happens. March madness. Good run to end the season by Arkansas

It looked like after the made basket by Williams with 7 seconds left that the TT coach tried to call a TO, but didn't get it. Lucky for him.

What a game. I've been wishing ill on all the SEC teams but was quietly rooting for Arkansas. Fun team.

Big D, can we start a new thread for today's games? Thanks for your help...

Yes, me not wanting Cal and DVH fired is the problem. If you think my attitude is having an impact on how our coaches do their job, you're an idiot.
You mentioned what Muss would have done. I don't need to guess, I have hard data. Both Muss and Cal had one year to put a team together. Cal made it to the sweet 16, Muss didn't make it to the tournament.
