I should honestly make the drive up. The lsu girls have an okay shot at a natty. The men had a few mishaps at prelims and they’re totally out of the race

No doubt the Horns will be competitive.

Where's the schedule for all the running events?
I wish I could go. One of my former athletes is headed there for the 800m. It's her 2nd year there and she's got a shot to win.

They are. You can watch it all on ESPN3.
Broadcast info
You know what, I just copied and pasted that and didn't even notice that it isn't the main events. Let me see if I can find a better schedule of events.

Didn't know Georgia was ranked that high. Matt Boling needs to show out. I'm hoping he at the very least wins the 200 and scores high in the 100. It would be really awesome if the UGA men could win their second outdoor championship.

The 200 should be an epic race with Fahnbulleh.

The 200 meters was another tricky pick, but I think Georgia's Matthew Boling will earn the victory in the event. Boling was my choice over others like Florida's Joseph Fahnbulleh thanks to Boling's head-to-head win at the SEC championships. Boling's 19.92-second sprint against a headwind gave him a slight advantage over Texas' Micaiah Harris, who ran a time of 19.79 with a 3.8 tailwind.

Both great runners. Fun to watch.

How do you break the ncaa record in the 1500m 2 months ago, mid-season af, and bomb a time 10 seconds slower at ncaas?

One of my girls ran 37 seconds slower in the mile at a sectional meet in May than she did 2 weeks before that
Maybe that was shitty coaching too...

Georgia had a steeplechaser who ran 8:41 to win the SEC meet in 2012. He bombed in the NCAAs...didn't even break 9:00.
In fact, he bombed at NCAAs both his junior and senior year. Just choked on the big day.

There can be a million reasons why, but yeah he looked out of sorts and not even competitive.
