Salt pepper and garlic powder or hardcore carnivore a couple hours before.
Let sit at room temp for about 45 mins.
Grill at around 275*
Put the steak on away from heat.
Pull when it reaches 110-115 internal.
Let rest for 10 mins.
Get a cast iron skillet hot. Put the steaks in with a sizeable amount of kerrygold butter and a couple sprigs of rosemary. About two minutes each side spooning melted butter on top. Serve immediately.

That’s if you like them pretty rare, you can let them sit in the grill for a little longer if you want them more done.

Nope, just a good way to end the workday. A sip loss, especially one where they just implode is always a good way to head out Friday evening ... also, I didn't really post until the eighth inning on this game
