Do not forget there have been players opting out and going to the portal. That isn't looking good for LSU.

Growing up in the 90s, it's just weird seeing FSU so bad.

Bama is about to cement the highest ranked class EVER.

Lol damn I had to double-check myself on their website just to be sure, but yup: that is indeed the Kansas Jayhawks ranked No. 33, fueled by 7 prospects from the state of TX

Les still got it.

I am talking about transfers! LSU had TE, Some on defense transferring out as well. Did you not pay any attention to LSU news?

Florida State at 39

It’s pretty mind blowing to see a program that won a Natty in 2013 behind Vandy and Kansas in ‘crutin.

With the exception of Gilbert, everyone who transferred out of LSU was a non starter in search of more playing time.

They're in need of a miracle at this point. But I still think they have a good coach, just maybe not the program-builder they need.

Even in the early 2000s when I started watching college football, Florida State and Miami were both huge powers in college football. So weird to see them decimated to what they are now.

Also mess up with lack of experience for back up needed for depth.

Most of the players they lost were like 3 or 4 deep on the depth chart

Ever the LSU apologist, so it might not seem like a big deal to LSU posters like yourself but more seasoned well versed football LSU heads understand it more than 2 or 3 deep player rotation. Those same "well they don't actually play" athletes provide depth and also give 1st and 2nd teams the neccessary looks with scouting reports.

It's a reason the NCAA banned former players from participating in practice (the Bama rule).

You should be super worried then since Alabama had more players transfer out last year than LSU did.

Why would I?.... you always look for gotcha chit in posts. Just a closer look with Google will tell how many players we available each practice regularly.

Preferred Walk-ons' could probably start at some None P5s not saying it in smug way or demeaning LSU at all. Losing people that have been your system for a year or two hurts. It hurts Bama also, but we have the depth to minimize it to a certain degree.

So why am I an "LSU apologist" for pointing out that LSU hasn't really had a transfer problem any more than anyone else?

I thought I would never see Auburn at #50 in my lifetime.
They are loaded with 3*’s and hoping they can get a few grad transfers and Juco’s to fill slots and grab some diamonds after Spring practice. I think Bobo, Mason, Friend, etc will beef up the stars with time.

Arkansas has fired early all of their position coaches this offseason because they shite the bed in recruiting this year.

Pittman knows 25 is nice and all, from a national standpoint, but it's nearly the toilet in the SEC. Look for them to make steady gains over the next couple of years. If they don't then he has no shot at being successful once his coordinators get poached (and they will eventually).

As much as Pittman is known as a recruiter, he still hasn't gotten Arkansas significantly higher than they have been traditionally. He's got to start pulling top 15-20 type classes if he even wants a chance to compete with the likes of Mizzou, State, and Mississippi all ahead of him.

Ole Miss will be hauling in top 10 classes soon if Lane stays there for any length of time. I figure Mizzou and Moo State will hold right around 20-25-ish.

Because you go out your way for some reason to white wash anything unsavory that happens or said about LSU even when it simple unabated honesty. So LSU two deep is as good as any other big program but beyond that it tails off considerably as far as overall team depth.

Despite LSU having Top 10 composite talent over the past 8 years they have only finished Top 10 twice over that same stretch. Nope I'm not saying LSU had Top 10 recruiting classes every year if I recall correctly LSU only has fallen outside that mark once in recruiting. So you could honestly say LSU does less than more given the talent they put in the NFL with a straight face.

It wasn't "simple, unabated honesty."

The poster suggested that LSU was having a transfer problem when the numbers dont bare that out.
