Nashville talking about a new NFL Stadium,

Costs are absurd to renovate Nissan Stadium. Could bring a dome stadium to nashville. My advice is skip the retractable roof and go with retractable sides.

Nashville would be epic to hold such events....
BUT......
Does the city have enough accommodations for such big events? Its bad enough to get a room for the SEC Tournament and fighting all those bridesmaid parties

Nashville definitely needs a new stadium, but I'm sure the Davidson County residents who have already seen 70+% property tax hikes the past few years will be thrilled to pay even more.

They host events with a shitload more people than any sporting event. CMA fest alone brings over 250k people every year. Nashville has built so many hotels downtown the past 10 years, it's basically unrecognizable from what it used to be

IIRC it was completed in like 2017. It's also not the only massive skyrise hotel that's been built recently

Wish the SEC football championship should be rotated between Nashville and Atlanta if they ever build a stadium.

take out country music, nashville is nothing. Not saying STL and KC are better, but not sure if worse.
STL has way more to do than Nashville. Nashville just has one block of concentrated bars.
