Name the last time the zebras blew the call, SEC apologized, and your team lost the game.

Repetitive subject I shall admit. But hopefully this week is the beginning of some SEC official retirement recognitions. So get the party started early.
So when is the last time there was an egregious blown call, conference owned up, and it’s probable your team lost the game because of it? 2 or more score losses don’t count.

Alabama LSU I think it was 2004 or 2006. LSU defender pushed the Bama receiver down in the end zone right in front of the ref. No call. Ball was intercepted. SEC apologized.

I struggle to believe that one play lost Alabama the game in those 2004 and 2006 LSU games. I was at both of them. Alabama kinda kept it close but they were clearly outgunned in both. I don't remember anything like that in the 2005 game that was actually competitive.

The offside was a blown call. Changed the whole game.

Did they apologize for the Auburn/Arkansas game last year or Auburn/Ole Miss games?
Not flaming Auburn...or at least not meant to. Those are two that seemed to have obviously bad calls in them.

26-10 in a game where the alledged infraction started with 13:00 left in the third quarter. Yea,that cost Alabama the game.

No doubt about it. Marc Curles and crew.
I'll never forget.

It would have kept Bama in the game

SEC refs are the biggest embarrassment of college football and it’s all Saban’s fault! Because he seems unwilling to do anything, all he has to do is snap his fingers, and this mess is cleaned up. How hard is that?

Not sure they have ever actually apologized.

Its time to move to full-time officials. SEC officials make $5,000 per game and do 10 games per season with an opportunity to do postseason.
An SEC game in 2021 should not have a financial manager from Birmingham in charge of the outcome. Sorry, not sorry. It shouldn't have a lawyer from Memphis, an accountant from Nashville or a gay rights activist from College Station either.
We're putting the opportunity for a disservice to the game to happen at the forefront. I don't want to hear these guys have integrity - they don't. Alabama had a game a few years ago where there was a crucial call and you could find the official's office at a bank in Gadsden. It was a shrine to Bear Bryant. That's fine - but he shouldn't be calling Alabama games.

It was 2004 game, I was at that one and the 2006 game. The play you are talking about took place in the South East Corner End zone where the visiting team enters Tiger Stadium just to the right if you are sitting in the end zone or too you left if you are on the visiting team East side of Tiger Stadium.
