That was a great game as an SEC fan. Capped off a great bowl season for this conference. People who weren’t there need to look that year up. So many solid teams in the SEC that year. And that Bama defense destroyed all those teams. Side note i was in my first year at Ole Miss. we won our bowl game that year as well as the only shutout. State lost the Peach Bowl. That was the only loss by an SEC team that year.

When everyone in the conference had to move their team to the other sideline or the student section to another part of the stadium.
The Florida Rule means you can't put the visiting team in front of the student section. Classless Florida fans were throwing everything from ice to empty liquor bottles at the visiters.
A friend of mine played at Vandy. He said they had to keep their helmets on the entire game to keep from geting hit in the head by objects.
