What evidence?
The NCAA is not a court of law. They can consider any and all evidence collected.

That said I don't care about this topic, but your point is stupid.

The issue here is the NCAA.

The NCAA has allowed (all) teams to utilize secondary agencies, with no affiliation to the actual school, to do their "dirty recruiting".

As we already know, at least (2) Johnny Jones recruits were paid to come here.

The NCAA has to do their job to lockdown on this if they deem it an issue. That has nothing to do with LSU or what you think is happening at LSU.

I know you're upset about Florida basketball since Billy left, but you need to understand that the issue you've pointed out is an internal issue with the NCAA. They have never cracked down on this for anyone.

Personally, I'm unsure what the rules say about secondary recruiting sources...

Not always and they said they have not been contacted in regards to an investigation, that also doesnt mean they dont know of one.

quote:

The NCAA has never once said they are investigating LSU

They said they were investigating the mater, this again does not mean they are not investigating LSU

. Also don't think anyone that is a fan of Aubie should be talking about this.

And there it is. I guess rational thought is beyond you...

I'm waiting on the sanctions to come out. Just wondering whats taking so long.

They only just recently handed down sanctions against Kansas’ Silvio De Sousa based on Gassnola’s testimony in the same Adidas/FBI case. They also drug out UofL’s initial hooker investigation forever. Same with Miami.

Not saying that’s the case here but suggesting that the NCAA may not because it’s been awhile isn’t exactly helping your argument.

You do realize that the NCAA and the FBI are not related, right?
The NCAA would have no idea what the FBI is doing and vice versa...

LSU's official statement on the matter.

LSU has confirmed with NCAA officials that there is no active investigation into the men’s basketball program. LSU Athletics stands for full compliance and partnership with the NCAA and the SEC.

Oh no, I wasn't being sarcastic. I actually think we're going to get shat on soon. I think I'm the only LSU fan who isn't in denial here.

I dunno, per this board the burden of proof is "we all know that ______ is cheating". It's been well established by posters of most schools, with LSU posters near the top.

So, like I said earlier, I will just assume that you all will apply the same burden of proof to your basketball program as you do to other teams programs in other sports.

There are a bunch of haters on this board. As soon as LSU enjoys a little success, here comes all the allegations of wrong doing. Worry about your own University. Leave ours alone.
