Overall, Georgia looked like a team with good talent, not developed properly. Been that way for a while now.

Not mentally or physically tough. Pumped to start the game, and falter at the end.

Brantley leaves and that should get us two more wins alone.

Yeah, the Gators were so good without him.

*Checks stats, sees piles of blowouts without Brantley at the helm*

Other than that the rest of the idiots don't get that. And I know it should make me ok with it but I've had enough. Bobo is the same OC as he was in 2007. Something has to happen

I think the talent level on both teams was very similar. I thought Georgie responded well to MSU in regulation. UGA's defense just let it down in the 4th quarter and MSU made the big plays in OT like making field goals and blocking field goals.

I think both teams were evenly matched talent wise which I think is upsetting to some SEC rantards. The SEC does have more talent, but this game makes me wonder if the gap is as big as people thought it was between two conferences with about the same record and same season in their respective conferences.

Also recall that the SEC did beat Ohio and Nebraska, but the games were not blowouts. I think the talent level between the conferences is more even than many SEC rantards want to admit.

Boykin was unbelievable. He did everything you can do at a football game except QB and serve hot dogs in the stands. I couldn't believe was I was seeing.

Is it me, or was it strange that neither Mark Bradley or Bill King mentioned Richt's horrible call?

Bradley at least mentions the decision, but does not come close to criticizing it. Bill King didn't even mention it.

A little fishy... guess they don't want to be cut out of the loop.

Coming from an Auburn fan where we're reminded daily of the same stupid shite, I'd just get used to it.

If it makes you feel any better, I'm officially ready for GT's next coach.

It's par for the course when different fans are present.

You know how many times we had to hear about how much of a cheater/liar/scumbag Corch was???

A lot.

You pay too much attention to it. I know it's not easy to ignore it.

Here's my feeling. CMR is a good coach and a good guy. His love for Bobo is costing him. I never want Bobo to leave. You guys hate him. That's fodder for everyone else.

I want Richt to stay around for very non-sarcastic reasons.

I don't believe he'll win you a national title, and very likely not an SEC title, but that hasn't stopped him from wooping Auburn and GT's arse more often than not.

But for me personally, he's literally the only thing I can say I genuinely don't hate about your program ( ). He's always been respectful to everyone, including and perhaps especially towards Auburn and GT.

If yall go out and hire some cocky d-bag who doesn't have a fifth of the class CMR has, then it'll be a sad day, and in my eyes, complete my hatred for your program.

ETA: But I fully expect yall to make a change in the next 3 years, and can't blame you if you do. In fact you probably should, but this guy will really have nothing but ill-feelings towards yall on that day.

it isn't that i disagree but literally you cannot even have a "G" next to your name without some dip shite cajun babbling about how stoked they are that richt is there or some trailer trash riding saban's dick talks about how georgia is such a shite pile.

i am cool with flaming, really, but this place has just gone straight to shite if Georgia cannot be discussed in the very least. this thread has like 4 insightful points and 3 of them are from Georgia fans.

i hate richt. i have always hated richt. i tried being patient and it failed so it isn't like i disagree but jesus

and i mean the dude isn't going to break that 8 win barrier many times, i missed the bowl though, that bad? is he officially on the hot seat?

ETA: it would be great if we can have both class and a winner in a coach. it has become and been apparent for a while now we can only have one and if we have to become the devil like the rest of our greed-filled neighbors then by God it is time we made the adjustment. this is too big and powerful a program to be handcuffed by a fricking FCA coordinator

I haven't watched the 2nd half because I had a company function tied into the Chick-fil-A bowl I got tickets to.

But I've never been a die-hard CPJ fan. It'll never get better than 2008 and 2009. His system isn't bad if you have guys with NFL potential forced to play in it. I'm just not blind enough to think that we'll ever have another Jonathan Dwyer/Josh Nesbitt/Demaryius Thomas sign up for such a risky system when there are so many options in the south east that are a surer path to the NFL.

The one thing we should be able to recruit, perhaps especially well with this system, is defense. But CPJ hasn't proven to be able to do that, and we've got a DC in his twilight years.

ETA: The 2008 Georgia win and his tough guy attitude afford him more time than it would at a program with stricter expectations.

it honestly looks like all GA sports are in a shitty position. Georgia is stuck with a horrendous staff, GT is starting to see through CPJ, the falcons have proven to be nothing but regular season warriors under Smith, the Braves are fricking train wreck under Fredi, GSU is always the bridesmaid, and the hawks are the hawks and i don't give a shite if they doing well right now we all know good and damn well it is against the rules to win in this state

ETA: and that'd bad

but then again UGA rolling through patsies just sealed our fate. all i can hope for now is an unfortunate series of events that end Bobo's reign of terror

Well yall have no reason not to win more than yall do... GT has legit, however depressing, excuses .

But honestly, I think your problems run deeper than just Richt. I feel like your roster is mostly unfocused, and while talented doesn't know how to win the tough ones. I just feel like there are too many excuses flying around Athens regarding the underacheiving, and this has trickled down into your players' heads and they don't have that killer instinct you need.

On top of all that, the way your players carry themselves before games and on the sideline, its like they have some "swagger" that they haven't done anything to earn. This is where I think the "gimmicks" (whether you recognize them as such, or not) we make fun of tie in.

Sorry if that stings, but that's just the differences I see between yall and the SEC NC teams of the recent past.

it doesn't sting it's the same shite that has been an issue under richt. entitled soft arse pricks that show know gut or determination. this is a richt issue because the whole feel of the program is what he has brought to it. Richt was a great segue from the Goff/Donnan disasters but he is nothing more. he is our Shula and we refuse to let go and it has become embarrassing.

the fear of what has happened to UT has compelled Georgia to go in to a shell and refuse to act. the ever so pretentious michael adams sees nothing but cash rolling in and consistently above average teams and he is fine with that. that guy is fricking scum and has been the bane of Georgia Football and the worst thing to ever happen to Georgia was the son of a bitch not getting the NCAA job

this program's issue lies directly at the feet of our incompetent staff and Athletic Department and when they waste 2012 and still don't fire him it will end up having to get ugly. i swear to god we are going to instead be relegated to petty terrorism like Arkansas fans took up and it will be all more tragic because of how great Richt is as a person. of course if were as just as he claims he would see what his loyalty to Bobo has done and he would part ways. or resign. because this horse shite has gone on long enough
