You think UGA is number 1 because they beat Notre Dame at home by 7?

One of these has beat two ranked teams away from home.

So if you’re basing this off resume...

That is true. I guess I feel that ND is better than Texas. And both are better than Oregon and A&M. Oregon is probably a top 20 team and A&M is probably unranked in my opinion

Yeah, I don't believe Florida is better than Mizzou until they prove it on the field.

Georgia most impressive win. LSU impressive as well.

I would give the edge to LSU. Georgia's win was at home. LSU on the road.

I don’t think we will see Auburn put up double digits against Bama. I get that they have 2 good wins, but they won’t win that game. I’m interested to see how Auburn does against UF defense.

Serious question. Why Bama #1?
Becaue I’ve seen what Saban, Tua, Jeudy, Smith, Waddle and Ruggs can do and I’ve seen them do it to Auburn, UGA and LSU.

Until I see one of them beat Bama I’m gonna assume that on a neutral field they’ll win.

Now If your going by most deserving then Auburn would be at the top but neutral field today Bama would be at least a 15 pt favorite over Auburn. Likely 14 over LSU and 7 over Georgia.

Us LSU fans like to hem and haw about OBJ and Landry, and deservedly so.

The Bama WR class is something we’ve never seen before. Three absolute studs

I think Auburn's problem is that they are suited to win the SEC of 2009. Their defense is a beast up front, more so against the run than speed rush. They tackle well. They are very difficult to run on and move well enough in the back end. However, from what I saw last year and the limited amount this year, they cannot cover good receivers without tackling them. And as we all pretty clearly know - that is gonna be a PROBLEM against LSU and Alabama.

And on the other side, that offense will pop a few plays against both of us because our defenses are in struggle town, but they won't move it enough or consistently enough.

However, they play us there and by then Nix might have more plays in the arsenal and the Jordan Hare voodoo might be enough.

Honestly not bad. I might stick Alabama above Auburn though. While auburn has better wins, they’re just too damn unpredictable to rank above the consistency of Alabama.

First, you don't reads good. This was based on what has happened on the field thus far. UF's marquee win? Miami...who is f***ing horrible. They lost to NC who has since lost to Wake Forest and Appalachian State. Good looking win against Tennessee (who is also the worst team in the SEC), after squeaking out a win over UK. Yeah, no. I don't think so. Murderers row coming up for UF with AU, LSU and UGA. UF will be 0-3 out of those. UF sits at 6 or 7 behind Florida, A&M and perhaps Mizzou. Yeah, Mizzou has bounced back big time and looks like a really tough out.

Arkansas is too low. As are the Vols. We should put Tulane in before both squads. We can, however, comfortably slot Georgia Tech in behind us.
